In 2014, I decided to produce my wine and call it In Fine . These wines come from atypical and ancestral grape varieties cultivated in the North of Toulouse. They are produced on gravelly boulbènes terroirs out of pure respect for the plant thanks to gentle cultivation methods adapted to the terroir in order to produce wines of expressions of gourmand, maturity and freshness and depth.
